Free shipping in the continental U.S. Exceptionally heavy items may have a shipping charge. See item description for details.

Express Delivery Option: Due to high fuel and shipping costs overnight and guaranteed 2 day delivery is not offered at this time. Express Delivery service will be offered via USPS for glass orders for $29.95

Please email for a 2-3 day shipping cost for orders over $250.00 and orders to Canada.

Orders to HI and AK require 2nd day air ship for Picnic Baskets and Backpacks. Please email for shipping quote.

Orders usually leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days. Allow an additional 5-7 business days for ground delivery.

In the event that an item is broken during shipment, we will gladly replace it promptly if notified within 5 days of receipt.

There will be a 10% restocking fee as well as a $10.00 fee (to cover original shipping) for returns other than damaged items. Returns must be in original packaging. Buyer pays all return shipping fees.

Glass care: Our glass is hand blown and painted. It is sensitive to extreme temperatures. Wash with a mild detergent in warm water. Air dry or use a soft cloth.

Do not put in a dishwasher.

Extreme temperatures will fade the paint and erode the 24K gold accents.
